Hi,

In CRM 1.2 i used to have a workflow that would send an email with case
information like the case number, title..etc and there was also a
hyperlink that would view that case...this link didn't work after the
upgrade to CRM 3 i changed the link to <a
href="http://crmserver/CS/cases/edit.aspx?id={!Case:IncidentId;}">. and
it worked for a while but now it's not ..i viewed all posts about this
but my method was very simple and it worked for sometime.

So any Ideas why that happened ?
