- I Can't operate workflow rules

I already inserted manual rules to the workflow manager & I activated them, but I can't see them in the CRM system
Or within the workflow manager
What could be the problem ?

What do you mean by "see them"? The only rules that you
will be able to see are the manual ones. If you have
create rules based on update or create, these will just
happen when the appropriate event occurs.
Try running Workflow Monitor and seeing what is happening.

I am talking about the manual workflow.
after I add the workflow rule it didn't apear in the CRM system and also I can't see this rule from the workflow monitor.
