- I can't set "Show in Microsoft CRM client for OutLook when offline"in custom entities

Hi,
when I set the option "Show in Microsoft CRM client for OutLook when
offline" in custom entities I get a generic error "An error has
occurred. For further information, please contact system
administrator".
Could someone please help me to solve this problem?
