If you use partnersource you would log into your account there to get your
pass details. Did you take a screenshot of your pass result by the way? If
you have taken an exam at a testing center such as VUE or PROMETRIC i have
no idea how you can access the information. You should receive a pass
certifcate after 30 days from MBS

If you passed the exam using vue or prometric you can call and they will
send you confirmation of your result on email. This will give you the
required documentation to register your pass. I understand that currently
there are delays sending out official MSCRM certifications as a colleague of
mine who passed before i did is still awaiting his certificate whereas i
have received all of mine already.

The exams don't show up on a MCP transcript as they aren't MCP exams - they
are MBS exams. Also, unless you pass the other bits and pieces to become an
"MBS Certified Master" you personally aren't certified, but your company is.

At some point MBS exams should show up on the MCP transcript. Its going to
be a while getting there but it will happen. MBS exams are slowly but surely
transitioning to the Microsoft MCP way of doing things
