IE Browser Problems
Posted by Fakhruddin Zavery on April 2nd, 2004

I have installed the CRM on our server and all is well except for this one
client who after using CRM for sometime his browser just hangs up and page
not found error comes up.

He would not be able to get in the product even if he closed all the windows
and opened up a new browser. It takes him about 5 minutes to get in through
the system.

Will appreciate all the help.

Thanks and Regards

You might want to try removing any toolbars he has and
disabling pop-up blockers. Also, try cleaning out his
temporary internet files.

We had a similar problem on Windows 2000 from a google
toolbar.

also try removing foreign stuff, like hotbar.....that will definatly cause
problems.....

and it probably wouldn't hurt to run some spyware cleaner, such as 'adaware'

I have a client with the same problem. He has recently
run adware and has no toolbars. Any other suggestions?
Where you able to resolve with your client?

I have also had this problem except on a clean install. I am testing it for use for some customers, and have one server and one workstation. When I try to browse to the user interface sometimes I get there and sometimes I don't. Once there I can't access all of the tabs..
