- IE menu's & Toolbars

Sorry if this is a daft questions ??
How do I switch the IE Toolbars and menus back on once I
have have launched MS CRM, I assumed that I had to toggle
from full screen mode but it doesn't seem to work.

dont think this is an option, there isnt a scroll bar with ms crm UI so i
assume it needs to be displayed at a certain resolution, thus not being able
to have the IE toolbars etc, without losing some of the ms-crm screen

You can also modify web.config.
Change:
<add key="AppMode" value="On"/>
to:
<add key="AppMode" value="Off"/>
Now you can just open as normal.

You can simply press Ctrl+N it will open for you a new
window with the current page inside a normal browser
including the menu bar, toolbar, address bar etc.
