What's the impact to switch the Active Directory from mode ? (Related to the
installation of CRM)

When you switch to Native mode, you can not have any NT Domain controllers
in your Domain. Mixed mode allows you to maintain NT Domain controllers
running as BDC's.

if moving to native mode is an issue you may want to consider creating a
dedicated crm domain running in native mode then have the new domain trust
the existing one. not a clean solution but it works
