Import to Account Entity with custom attributes

Import to Account Entity with custom attributes: Posted by Fred Goodrum - Alemarck Corp. on March 13th, 2006; I've been circling this for several dyas now and frustration is causing me to
not hink clearly anymore.

Simply, I've added 4 custom attributes to the Account entity. I wish to use
the bulk import wizard to perform my initial load of acccounts.
Unfortunately, when I use the wizard to map the attributes I do not see any
of the custom attributes listed.
How do I resolve this? Is there a document that I have missed that explains
