Is it possible to Import contacts and assign them to the correct parent
account without using sdk ?

Hi Sebastiano,
The contact import only creates contact records. It will not create Account
records or link the contacts to an existing account.
You have 3 choices:
1. Script it yourself using the SDK - reasonably straightforward.
2. Use the Microsoft CDF utility.
3. Use a tool such as Scribe Insight (www.scribesoft.com).
