Hello everyone,

I apologize in advance if this sounds simple, but it’s driving me crazy! I
would like to know when someone emails me their V-Card, how do I put that in
CRM 3.0 without retyping everything! It can be done really easily in outlook
by simply clicking on the V-card to view it, and then hitting save.

If anyone can answer this question, I would much appreciate it.

Once you've saved the contact's v-card to Outlook, open it and click "Track
In CRM" -- assuming you have the Outlook client for CRM installed.
