Inbound Email not including body content

All I know at this point is that:

- Email from external addresses looks good
- Email from the Sales client looks good
- Email from Outlook is not right

The problem is when an email comes in there is nothing in the body of
the message. I'm not sure where to start looking for a resolution. We
set up the queue and it appears to be functioning fine with this one
exception.

check your mail format setting in outlook under tools - options - mail
format..maybe this is causing an issue
