Jack,
First, how did you send the email? Was it sent from an external email address?
If you sent it from within the organization, it will not be captured. The
router only catches mail that comes in through the SMTP Gateway.
Also, the user's account needs to be configured to route all email into CRM.
There are a few steps needed to so this, further information is in the
Implementation Guide or in past posts on this group.

Did I miss some configuration? I only can see incoming emails if I promote
them, or if they are attached to a contact. I can never see them as the TO
