Incoming Emails

Hello,
We installed the CRM1.2 on the same server with
exchange. Everything is working fine except that the CRM
users can not see incoming emails inside CRM although
these emails are CRM emails.
Can anybody tell what is the reason of that?

Do you have installed the Router? The Router is a bridge
between the Exchange and the CRM who study the incoming
flow of emails and copy to the CRM everything who is of
the CRM.

Yes We Installed CRM email router but we can not recieve
any internal mail in CRM??

If you want receive all incoming messages in crm go to
tools/activities/converting incoming mail and check all
incoming mail. I dont know if this is the exact name
because I use the portuguese version.

Warning: All emails who are converted in CRM activities
area visible to other crm users who have permission to
this...
