It should be possible to exploit the build in template manager in the
Marketing/campaign module in MS CRM 3.0. So far it is not possible to add a
template to either a email or a letter campaign activity, why users needs
write text directly into the campaign activity form or to copy and paste from
word or similar. Integration with the template manager in the marketing
module, most be combined with the ability to close a bulk list of activities
- f.ex. by a "close selected activities" button in any activity listview, or
a "close campaign activities as completed" button inside the Campaign module.
