- Install error of the rollup1 CRM3

I still got the error from installing the rollup. Error message is
"setup failed to update the database"
It looks like the installing program can not talk to Database. Any
ideas?

I have the same problem as well. Getting current on patches didnt
help. And I dont have CRM Data Migration Tool installed.
