install issue

When installing version 1.0, we are getting the following error, "Unable to
determine your account name". We are getting this error logged in as the
domain admin. I could not find any mention of the error on the web
anywhere. We have opened a support ticket with MS, but would like to know
if anyone has any ideas? The server is running Win2000 Server SP4. The
domain is in native mode and our exchange server is in native mode.
