Is it possible to install one license of CRM Outlook Sales Client to multiple
machines?

You can install the Sales For Outlook client on as many machines as you want.
CRM licenses are Active Directory user-based, so if you only owned one CRM
license, once you assign it to a user, only that user will be able to access
CRM.

Are you trying to allow a user to access CRM data from multiple machines ie
install sales for outlook on both his laptop and workstation?
