Insufficient Permissions ?? when tracking calendar events to CRM

Hello

I have not had this kind problem before, but now without any clear reason I
get error "requested record not found or you don't have sufficient
permissions to view it"

I am owner of the contact, which is the regarding object in this case and I
have also System Admin role.

Also I have no problem to track an email to CRM.

I know that we have recently installed and configured eMail Router, but I
cannot understand that it could have anything to do with this.

Any idea??
