Does anyone have any experience or know of any solution to integrate project
accounting in Great Plains with CRM? Any help would be appreciated.

Yep. Built one for a past client, but they had some pretty peculiar needs.

We built an integration with Solomon, which is a great project
accounting application. It has just been released and is called Infuse.
