Does anyone know whether MSCRM can connect to the Siemens ISDX/realities
telephony system for CTI

Siemens did a press release regarding CTI integration for Microsoft CRM but
i cannot remember which pbx it was for. You should contact your PBX vendor
to find out more. In addition check out a company called www.genesyslabs.com
who can supply telephony to CRM software for many switches
