JavaScript and SDK

In CRM software, where we can write the Javescript or programming language
is in the onEvent trigger. is that right? or we can write in somewhere
else.

can any one teach me how to take advantage of SDK to customerise the
system and any interface that we can see....

You can find the SDK online at:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/mbs/default.aspx

The forms can be modified without code if you are a user with the System Admin
role by going into the System Settings area. The SDK is not used to modify the
existing forms.

the only place you can add javascript is in piclists or dropdowns. search
the archives of this group on groups.google.com and then search on
javascript for many examples
