Why is it that everything that we seem to want to do with CRM is nearly but
not quite impossible?

For example, I want to send an email INTERNALLY from workflow without
copying the customer. Can't do it.

Try using a Post URL to do it? Great idea only the activity is cancelled as
the opportunity is closed...grrr.

It all seems a bit unfinished.
