I was reading (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/914921) which relates to
mapping opportunity product, quote product, order product and invoice
product. The problem described in the KB is exactly (i.e. cannot map between
QUOTE PRODUCT and ORDER PRODUCT and INVOICE PRODUCT without the workaround
described in the KB) however the solution provided doesnt work for me.



I was able to make a relationship between two cutom text fields called
"Detailed Description" between QUOTE PRODUCT and ORDER PRODUCT and INVOICE
PRODUCT. I can see the mapping between the two fields but nothing has
happened when I click "create order" from the quote? i.e. the information in
that field isn't mapped?



I am hoping you someone can assist me in this matter.
