How do I attach a file to a Knowledgebase Article?

Can I put an active hyperlink in a Knowledgebase Article?

Hi Curtis

I am not sure if you can attach a file into KB as there is Notes/Attachment
function on that form. But I have put it http:// links into my articles and
it has worked perfectly so far.

The only place I have manage to attach documents in terms of general docs
etc is in Sales Literature > Documents.
