I have made some customization in an english CRM version then when I tried
to export this modification to a french version , it failed. I am asking if
there is some modification to the XML File to make it valid during the import
from a french CRM.

Ahmed,

This is tricky business you try do.
But there is a tag language in the xml file english = 1033. Change it
to the correct french language tag.
