Lead to Opportunity picklist map

Hi,

Relatively new to CRM. Have created a "Business Division" picklist
attribute in deployment manager on the leads and opportunities sides.
Populated the picklist in CRM (made certain the fields had the same numbers
assigned to them) on both sides.

For some reason, when I create a new lead and convert it to an opportunity,
the opportunity picklist will always pick up "default value" no matter which
division was picked on the leads side.

We are successfully doing this same procedure on 2 other fields but for some
reason this one is not working. Any ideas? Yes, I have published and done
iisreset.

Have the same problem - have also mapped it. Created a list of Lead Topics
specifically for the clients needs and the Opportunity pick list it is mapped
to as the exact same items in the exact same numbers as well. Any help would
be appreciated.
