Hello, I looking for a possibility to inform Sales that new Leads are in the
system. I guess to use the follow up function is the right way. I can create
a email or a task for this. Únfortunately I did not receive a email if I use
this feature. Tasks are displayed in Outlook but I did not receive a
notification, too.
At least- to cerate a Task via Outlook and track to the Lead is also not
possible.

Any Suggestions?

you could use the workflow manager in order to create automatically a
notification email
In the email you define who receives the email.
