I dont think there is any connector for LinkedIn and MS CRM but I will
really like to know what is your business requirment. Its just to get some
brainstorming.

Customer would like to integrate social networks such as linked in into CRM.
thinking behind this is so that they can have up to date contact details,
create cases etc

Hi,
Yes, it is an insteresting idea but it looks like as if linkedin has not
provided the integrating API yet. I guess Facebook do have programmable API
set.
