Linking an activity to a Case

An activity can be created within a Case by first opening
the Case, selecting activities and creating a new
activity.

Is there any way of creating an activity (for example,
from the home page) and associating this with an open
Case?

Hi Adam, yes, the activity screens have a regarding field. This will allow
you to associate the activity with a
case/account/contact/order/invoice/lead/etc/etc.
