- Logging on to crystal APS

I need to edit some reports, but I can't connect to the
APS. What would the default name of the APS be. I set up
CRM "by the Book".
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The user name should be "administrator", and the password should have been
set on the CRM server via the Crystal Configuration Manager.

Also - just type the name of the APS in the dropdown (if you are in 1.2) -
its the name of your CRM server
