- Login prompt Crystal Reports

When I want print a report from a user's browser or from crm server is
required un other login prompt for every report.
I know there is a pacth for this but only for driven-reports. I don't have
any driven-reports.
Anyone can tell how resolve this issue?

internet options - advanced - cut off check in enable integrated authentication
