logoff?

This seems like it would be intuitive but how do you specify the user you
want to logon as in 4.0? We're using AD authentication. I'd like to logon
as different users to test the roles I'm setting up. It remembers that last
user I logged on as.

Thanks,
Tim

Hi,
There are two options;

1. Remove your CRM URL from Local Intranet to Internet zone, so it will
always prompt for credentials.

2. You can do a 'Run As..' by right-clicking on the shortcut to IE, supply
the credentials and the IE session will run in that user context.

You could also open the User Accounts icon in your control panel, go to the
advanced settings and click "manage network passwords".

Here put in the IP or domain name of your CRM server (ie. crm.mycrm.com) and
for the username put domainname\username and just a regular password in the
password field.

Every time the computer tries to hit that domain it'll try to use those
credentials, if you want to be someone else for a bit, change them there.

Just another option.
