- Lost panes in Navigation Pane
- Posted by Cheng Bao on November 22nd, 2006
I just install CRM professional 3.0, and grant myself all roles including
system administrator, and on my web client, I have only Workplace, Service,
Settings on my Navigation Pane. I think there should have Sales, Marketing
Pane as well, but they are not there. How can I get back the other panes?
Thank you in advance.

By default, the account used for installation will be granted the System
Administrator role and in "Restricted Access Mode".
User in "Restricted Access Mode" will not consume a license and could only
see the modules which you've described.
Launch MSCRM in IE, click "Settings" -> Business Unit Settings > Users ->
Open up your user profile -> Uncheck "Restricted Access Mode" -> Save ->
Press F5 to refresh.
