I have an issue where the Mail Merge feature in CRM 3.0 is missing
from the more actions dropdown as well as its icon missing. Two
users, who are in the same security role, one user has the mail merge
function and one user who does not, again, same security role.

Both users are running Vista. I found this post but there is no
resolution as of know. Anyone ever seen this before? thanks!
