Mail Merge Missing

We have noticed that under Actions the Mail Merge Option is missing for most
users. It is there for Admin users and that is all. The Mail Merge Option
is selected under their roles but under Actions it does not show up any
longer. What other securitiy option do I need to have selected. I have gone
through them all and nothing seems to make sense?

Sorry if appears a silly question but are the users all using the Outlook
Client with MS Word also installed on the machine? Any users not with this
set up (browser users) will not have mail merge facilities.

Yes. All the users are using Microsoft Outlook and not seeing this option.
