- Make account History's view filter configurable to each user
- Posted by dcmacdon on November 1st, 2007
In CRM, when looking at the "History" details for an account, the default
filter is "Last 30 Days". In my case, I would prefer to be able to configure
my view to default to "ALL". But I can't configure to a personal default,
just the system-imposed default of "Last 30 Days". While personalized
configuration for many other views is possible, it doesn't seem to be for
this situation. Can it please be configurable?
