Many errors occured from loading new version of Explorer.
It changed our email service from Outlook to Outlook
Express. In trying to correct, I've had to re-load Outlook
but now I can't expand the personal folders or add new
folders to the personal folders. I get the above error
that concludes with "be sure the service is correctly
installed and configured." It's an auto install program
and I've run it and checked for errors 3 times. Any ideas?
