I have just imported a couple thousand leads (These are
actually known accounts, importing and converting seemed
to make more sense than DMF at this point) Is there anyway
to mass convert to Accounts?

At present I am evaluating C360 search pak, which can do
some really cool stuff with updating fields en masse, just
not actions. Any tool suited for this task?

Jim,

I don't know of any way to do this en masse w/o writing some code
using the SDK to do it. Using the DMF probably would be an easier
approach.
