May I change the form's source code? How to do it?: Posted by goldenshine on July 14th, 2005; I want to put some static information on the lead form (some long string),
can I directly change the form (aspx)?

If you do this, you will lose your microsoft support, but yes you can do this.

If you did install crm without any fancy settings, then you will find the
lead file on the server at this place:
c:\inetpub\wwwroot\SFA\leads\edit.aspx
