- McAfee 8.5i bo:heap overflow protection - outlook.exe:send

My laptop users are experiencing an overflow protection error periodically.
These errors seem to have started about the same time we installed CRM 3.0
outlook client on there system. They are all up to date with CRM updates and
patches. I've looked on the web for an explanation and I haven't found any
reference to this particular error (outlook.exe:send). I have a feeling we
need to add a crm dll to the overflow protection exception list but I do not
know what dll or program to add. Of course this is quite random so it had
been difficult to pinpoint the problem.
Any suggestions would be appriciated.

I have users that are getting the same error. Did you figure this out?
