I am trying to merge two accounts but when I click on more actions the Merge
Option is not even there.. WTF

Any idea's before I start a MS support request....

First, I assume you are NOT trying to do this Off-line with the Outlook
Laptop client. Assuming that, perhaps you do not have sufficient permissions
to do the merge.

Actually, the Merge is on the Toolbar, not the More Actions menu. The More
Actions menu includes the Mail Merge.

I am the CRM admin.
I am connected on the LAN.
I normally run all my changes from the CRM web console...
Hopefully I'm just having another brainfart but I can't seem to find the
darn thing.

I went over the security settings and the Merge is in bright green. It's just
odd that it not listed as a tool.

In order to use the merge tool use ctrl + click to select the 2 records you
wish to merge on the main entities page. Then click on the merge icon (new,
print, export to excel, assign, delete, mailmerge, merge)

I ended up having to uninstall and reinstall at the server to get the icon
back in place.
All is good now.
I haven't the fogiest idea how or what happened.
