Merging to email via Word

Hi,

When an email merge is ran from SFO using Word, a corresponding activity is
created against the contact. However, it appears that no GUID is attached to
the email and so replies aren't tracked properly. Is this correct ? If so
does anyone know why ?

There would be no point inserting a GUID into the header of a letter. The
email router works on inbound emails, not snail mail... ; )
