- Microsoft Autoroute

Has anyone made an integration for Microsoft Autoroute and Microsoft CRM?
Or anyone have met needs for integrating these two?
I'm not directly familiar with Microsoft Autoroute, but I am told you can
plan your business trips - which would be great in connection with CRM.

Susan,
Unfortunatly Autoroute does not provide an SDK to integrate with other
applications.
For that you need it's bigger brother MapPoint.
We have made an integration between CRM 1.2 and MapPoint.Net (the online
service from Microsoft) to visualise the locations of your contacts,
accounts and leads.
We are working on an integration with 3.0, which will also show the location
of your engineers (in combination with Service Appointments).
Could you tell me how you want to use the 2; like Outlook client, in
combination with route planning, or (like we do) visualisation of accounts,
contacts and leads (or other entities).
Kind regards,

There is even a MSDN-article that describes integrating MapPoint into CRM
1.2:

He Arne,
Yep, that was the basis for the integration, I only made it a bit more sexy
and workable
That's why the add-on is free!
Only the service requires payment...
