- Microsoft CRM 1.2 should transfer Notes from Quotes to an Order

In Microsoft CRM 1.2, Notes that are attached to a Quote do not transfer over
to the Order. All other items properly transfer (activities, products, etc.)
but Notes do not. MS support stated that this is 'by design'.
