Microsoft CRM Server Setup Error

I received the following error during CRM 1.2 installation
Microsoft CRM Server Setu
Setup was unable to register the Service Principal Names (SPNs) of the Web
Service (IIS) for the ASP.NET logon account:UNITEDSPINAL\crmadmin To fix
this,manually add the SPNs once Setup is complete. For more information, see
the Microsoft CRM Implementation Guide.

Here is what a user (CRMadmin) sees when he tries to login to the crm web site

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the
credentials that you supplied because your Web browser is sending a
WWW-Authenticate header field that the Web server is not configured to
accept.

Please try the following:
· Contact the Web site administrator if you believe you should be able to
view this directory or page.
· Click the Refresh button to try again with different credentials.
HTTP Error 401.2 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to server configuration.

Try to do this. Make a new admin user, with a new logon name. Uninstall the
CRM system (if its there) and install it again as that user.
