Hello I'm trying to Upgrade CRM 1.2 to 3.0 and I got this message

Action Microsoft.Crm.Setup.Server.CreateSetupUserAction failed
Exception from HPRESULT:0x80041D2C

Any Ideas ?

this post http://blogs.msdn.com/ukcrm/archive/2005/12/14.aspx
didn't help because the groups CRMPrivUserGroup and CRMSQLAccessGroup
don't exist

thank you

Athan

When I try to Open the CRM 3.0 URL i get this message

Authentication Error

Microsoft CRM could not log you on to the system. Make sure your user
record is enabled and that you have been assigned at least one security
role. For more information, contact your system administrator

thank you again

Hi Athan,

Have you be able to figure it out yet? I'm having exactly the same problem
now. If yes, please let me know.

Thanks in advance,
DK.

Anyone that know how to solve this problem please email me at
dphuengp@yahoo.com instead. My work email attached to Microsoft is dead now.

Thanks again,
DK.
