I've got a message that MSJVM will reach its end of life on this Dec 2007. I
am not sure whether it affect to MSCRM since our customer got this message
too? Please suggest.

CRM doesn't use Java, so don't worry about it. Guess you're asking because
of JavaScript that's used in the form events, but that's a complete
different thing and does not depend on any Java engine.
