Microsoft Laptop Client Synch Issues v3

I am running CRM 3 Rollup 2 on client and server. I have a new laptop that I
loaded with the laptop client and the first few offline synchs worked
perfectly. Then suddenly one day the following error was generated right
before completion.
"An unknown error occurred while synchronizing data to Outlook. Error
loading type library/DLL.(Exception from HRESULT:0x80029C4A
(Type_E_CANTLOADLIBRARY))"

I have uninstalled all components, rebooted, and installed and still no luck
in getting this laptop to synch? I cannot find a single thread related to
this one! Someone please help!
