When I am trying to start the CRM 1.2 Deployment Manager, MMC gives an
error : "MMC cannot initialize the snap-in". Does anyone know how can I
fix the error?

I already uninstalled and reinstalled MMC update from microsoft's
website, and dotnetfx.

Account privileges problem. Have to be logged in with the domain
administrator account. I was logged in with a new account that had
domain admin privileges and all, but looks like it didn't work good
enough.
