Is it possible to migrate attachments using the DMF ? If yes, answers
to the following issues will be appreciated:

1. What format should the 'filename' field on CDF_Annotation have ?
(the filepath).
2. What values the LangID field takes?
3. MimeType ? should we check for the extension of the filename and
decide on the MimeType or it is not required ?

Even though I believe I populate the required fields correctly, none of
the notes/attachments get created. This is part of the DMF log:
